U.S. Returns & Exchanges
Direct Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for U.S. orders. Customers may return items using either a pre-paid return label provided by us or their own preferred shipping method (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
We will cover the shipping costs to send the new item(s) back to you once the exchange is processed.
For orders placed during major sitewide promotions, we do not offer price matching for exchanges. If there is a price difference, the customer is responsible for covering the additional cost.
Exchange & Return Process
- Submit your return or exchange request through our [Return Portal] or contact our support team.
- Once approved, return your item following the instructions provided.
- An exchange order will be created upon receipt of your returned item.
Pre-Paid Return Labels
We offer the option to use pre-paid return labels from our platform.
- If you have sufficient order balance, the return label fee will be deducted automatically.
- If your balance is insufficient, we will send you an invoice for the label fee, which must be paid separately.
Return Processing & Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
Once your return package arrives at our facility, processing normally takes 7 days but can take up to 14 days in rare cases. During this time, our warehouse staff will inspect the returned item(s).
After verification, you will receive an email confirming:
- Your return has been received
- The status of your refund or exchange
For returns submitted through our Self-Serve Return Portal, you will receive automated email updates at each step of the process.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- If an item is broken or defective upon return, only a partial refund may be issued.
- Personalized engraved jewelry is non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders.
